Inquiry art working on it

W.A.L.T up load our learning to our blogger.

For this week of art we had to make a drawing what you love or your family loves, and I did a marlin because it is something that I love and I want to catch when I am older. First we had to draw our thing on a peace of paper, then we are going to out line our work and put it on the wooden bored, and we are going to hot glue shell onto it but my class is just on the drawing part not on the shells just yet.

  1. What did you enjoy?I enjoy making the thing that I love

  2. What did you find challenging? make all the details

  3. How was your engagement and behaviour? mad then happy when i have finished the work

  4. What did you learn? It is not all wase hard to draw

Matariki art

W.A.L.T up load our learning to our blogger.

The last week we had to make Matariki stars for new year. I enjoyed making this because, I LOVE MAKING MAORI PATTERNS! it was SUPER DUPER DUPER FUN! And we got to put black black rounds around it, so IT LOOK SUPER DUPER DUPER COOL!

Step1 we had to get 2 small stars and 2 large stars, and the large star just a little bit bigger little bit bigger than the small stars. Step2 fill all four of your large and small stars with Maori patterns so it will represent
Maori New Year. Step3 fill it all four of the stars all with colour Philip all four of the stars all with colour you can do what ever you want. Step4 get one A3 piece of black paperthen you're gonna do your stars all to geather so it LOOKS VERY COOL! then glue your matariki star onto the black piece of paper and the last thing is cut your black piece of paper out around it so there's a black outline so it LOOKS COOL!

What is your favourite part. my favourite part was designing the Maori patterns What did you enjoy the most. making the black back round around the star
What could you improve on. making the lion little bit more bigger.
